Giving Cryo T-Shock a Try

Last week we had the opportunity to give Cryo T-Shock a try and were excited to see what all of the hype is about.  You've probably heard of Cool Sculpting and similar treatments like that, so we wanted to learn how this is different.

Beth from Cryo Body Atlanta had us in and answered all of our questions!  She was so knowledgeable and full of information.  It was so interesting to learn that Cryo T-Shock can focus slimming by using thermal shock to naturally destroy fat cells without damage to the skin AND toning by reducing the appearance of cellulite, fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating collagen. You can read all the frequently asked questions/answers HERE. Several sessions are suggested to see results like in these before and after pictures HERE. We both agreed it would be worth it!

We each got a CryoFacial treatment with the hopes to help smooth fine lines, promote collagen production and even skin tone!

Each session took about 30 minutes.  It was totally painless and actually very relaxing. The wand goes through a series of warm and cold settings and while it was really cold, it wasn't unbearable by any means.  It felt sort like an ice cube.

After each of our sessions she used hydrating oils because after having T-Shock your skin will absorb products over 100% better!

After our treatments we both felt really refreshed and fresh-faced.  To see real results several sessions are suggested, but we are both sold on it!  We were super intrigued about what this could do for the rest of our body's so Jen gave it a quick try on her stomach to see how it would feel.

The verdict...totally bearable, so no doubt we will be back before the next swimsuit season to tighten some of that loose skin!

Cryo Body Atlanta also offers the popular Hydrafacials which has been named the Beauty Treatment of 2019! On November 21st they are offering a complimentary mini-Hydrafacial sessions to 15 people. If you have been wanting to give this a try, definitely sign-up on their website!
