I know the holidays are over and if you are anything like us, you probably indulged a little too much during the busiest time of year. Most of us are onto eating healthier and starting healthy habits, but I'm a big believer in doing everything in moderation. That includes still having some sweets now and then!
One of my family's favorite treats are these
Mississippi Mud Pie Bars. They have a from-scratch taste, but they are actually made using boxed brownie mix!
They're so yummy and taste even better warmed up. I love a good warm dessert on a cold winter's night!
