Cocktail Confessions: Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria

Y'all!!!  It is finally starting to feel like fall a little bit here.  It's probably just a tease and we are bound to still get some hot days, but the mornings and evenings have that crisp, cool air feel and we just LOVE this time of year.

One of our favorite fall activities is apple picking and Sunday was the perfect weekend for it.  In fact, both of our families had the same idea and ended up at Mercier Orchards in Blue Ridge, Georgia.  Jen's family was just getting ready to leave as we were getting there, but at least we got a chance to get a quick picture of the kids together!

We'll be sharing much more from our day of apple picking because we had tons of fun and got tons of apples.

Just knowing we were going to be apple picking this fall had us thinking about all sorts of ways to use the apples.  From apple sauce to apple pie and even apple cocktails, we like to be sure we put our apples to good use.
