Boozy Bunny Cocktail Recipe

Hippity Hop Easter is on its way…and so is your fami-lay. Sorry, we’ve been taste testing a little too much. But we are super excited about this yummy new Easter cocktail creation. This festive Boozy Bunny Cocktail recipe looks like spring and tastes like heaven. It’s Easter in a glass and the perfect pre-egg hunt cocktail all your guests will thank you for.

The Boozy Bunny Cocktail Recipe is inspired by those fluffy little marshmallow candies that make their appearance each spring. We’ve been known to transform a candy into a cocktail or two, but the Boozy Bunny might top the list. Easy to make in a few simple steps, this adorable cocktail is a sweet addition to any Easter menu.

Tips to Make Sure You are Ready for Easter + Casabella Spring Finds

Can you believe Easter is less than 2 weeks away?!?! Have you done all the things? Decorated for spring, prepped your Easter table, stuffed eggs and filled baskets...lots of fun things to do this time of year.  We're sharing a few tips to make sure you are ready for Easter and all of the activities that come along with it! Plus, check out all of our favorite spring finds from Casabella!

Furniture for Family and Friends

You might be checking out your dining room table or seating options right now and wishing you had spruced things up for spring.  So many people are discouraged with buying new furniture because of the long lead times, but if you are in the Atlanta area you are in luck because Casabella has a ton of furniture IN STOCK and ready to take home TODAY!

That is a rare thing these days, but one of the best kept secrets when it comes to furniture shopping. Whether you are looking for a new dining table, a pair of chairs for a living space, or even just some wall art or lamps to spruce things up a bit, be sure to check Casabella's in stock inventory!

Set a Pretty Table

There are so many options when it comes to Easter centerpieces and table settings. Do you love pretty pastels or sticking with one color like beautiful blues?

We love strolling through Casabella because all of their tables are set beautifully and share lots of inspiration and ideas no matter what your style is.

Spruce Up with Spring Scents

What better way to welcome guests than for them to be surrounded with a spring scent when they walk in your home.

Candles are our favorite way to fill our homes with sweet and fragrant aromas, but also using seasonal scented hand soaps can be a wonderful way to enhance the smells of spring!

Bunnies, Baskets and Blooms

One of the easiest ways to decorate for a new season is by mixing in seasonal decor to the pieces you already have. There is no need to start from scratch, but a few touches here and there can really transform a space. Place some ceramic bunnies on side tables or add some bunny pillows to your seating areas!

A quick swap to fill vases with beautiful faux blooms for a pop of color or even just adding greenery will brighten your space and make it feel like spring.

Casabella has THE BEST faux florals. We've looked everywhere and they really can't be beat. So many beautiful and realistic options!

Don't forget filling those baskets. Maybe you are buying for children or maybe you want to fill up an adult basket. No matter who's basket needs filling you'll find so many adorable options at Casabella

Spring Home Tour 2020

Happy Wednesday and big hello to any of our new readers! We're so excited to have you here.  For anyone new that might be visiting our site today for the first time today, we are Carrie Beth and Jen, a best friend blogging duo from Atlanta.

We each have 3 kids and love to share all about affordable fashion and style, travel, home decor, some easy recipes and other fun lifestyle topics. Today we're participating in the Spring Tour of Homes hosted by our friends over at Simply 2 Moms.

I (Carrie Beth) am going to be sharing some of my spring decor along with 12 other fabulous bloggers with beautiful homes.  Be sure to check out all of them at the bottom of this post!

I don't know what the weather is like where you live, but here in Atlanta it is a very cold and rainy week.  However, that didn't stop me from pulling out all of my spring and Easter decor over the weekend when we had a random sunny day.

I love decorating our front porch for each season and holiday because I always say that not many people come in to see the inside of my house, but a ton of people see the outside.  Neighbors driving by, friends dropping things off or even just our UPS man will hopefully enjoy the the spring touches out there.

One of my favorite ways to switch things up each season or holiday is by switching out throw pillows.  It's such a fun and simple way to add a pop of color or a hint of a holiday theme. Plus, I love adding some fresh flowers or faux greenery just about anywhere that I can.

We spend a lot of time on our screen porch when the weather is nice so I always like to add some fun pillows out there on our hanging bed, too!

Inside I don't go crazy, but instead I like to work with what I already have and just add a few spring touches here and there.

I always update my letter board and while I thought I was being pretty clever with Hoppy Easter, my kids thought it was corny!  I'm just going to keep pretending that they secretly think it is cute.

Are you noticing a trend with the hydrangeas?  My home has a lot of blues and grays so my favorite flowers just happen to match perfectly.  Isn't it crazy how some $6 grocery store flowers can brighten up your space?  I like to grab a bouquet and split it into smaller vases and containers like mason jars to spread all around the house.

One room I decided to go all out with for this spring was my dining room and every time I walk past this space it makes me smile.

This year for Christmas I got a lot of small spruce wreaths to tie on the back of chairs and stools with plaid ribbon and LOVED the way it looked. I wanted to do something similar for spring with boxwood wreaths and I am literally obsessed.

It's something so simple, but it makes a big impact.

On the table I used a mix of things I have had (like my Grandmother's pink glassware) and a few new things like the adorable moss bunnies at each place setting!

Finally, to tie it all together I added some faux peony stems to the greenery I already had in mason jars on my dining room table and, voila...spring has official sprung in my house!

Now be sure to head on over and check out the other amazing homes decorated for spring as part of the Spring Home Tour!
