It is definitely beginning to look like Halloween around here. This upcoming weekend we are having a little Halloween themed family party to celebrate Little Cute's birthday, and I have been in full on decorating mode.
Here's a little sneaky peek at the inside of our little haunted house...
I just love this banner I found at Target earlier this season, and was so excited to finally hang it up.
Wait a minute...
What does that say?
After I hung the banner, I realized something was a little wrong. I looked at the package just to make sure "HalloMeen" wasn't some new trendy thing I hadn't caught on to yet.
Nope just a misprint. Rather than bring it back I just did some surgery to it and we are back on track with the traditional "HalloWeen" festivities.
My mom found this fun frame at an arts festival a few weeks ago, and it matches perfectly. I was so excited to put one of my new favorite photos in it.
Speaking of photos, I love switching out my frames and photos to coordinate with the season. During Halloween I place our favorite fall and costume photos around from past years. I do this for Thanksgiving and Christmas as well.
We've also been getting our snack on with various treat making for multiple parties. For both Little Cute's birthday party and Carrie Beth's upcoming Halloween Party I made some fun cupcake toppers to coordinate.
Needless to say with so many events we have been on quite the sugar high around here. Yum!
Hope you enjoyed the sneak peek!
And just so you can join in the Halloween decorating fun, here is a fun chalkboard printable for you to enjoy in your home. It is sized to an 8x10, so just pop in a cute frame and done!
